Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ChiroDuo, we’re committed to providing efficient and reliable service. To ensure respect for the time of both our patients and professionals, we’ve established a clear cancellation and refund policy. Here's how it works in case you need to make changes to your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

To secure your appointment, 50% depositis required. This payment reserves your spot and helps us coordinate the provider's schedule for your session.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. You can reschedule your appointment without any penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance..

  • To reschedule, simply reach out to our appointment coordinator via WhatsApp or phone call.

  • Your appointment will be rescheduled based on availability at your chosen location.

Cancellations

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice,your deposit will be held as credit toward a future appointment. This credit must be used within 30 days.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for voluntary cancellations.

  • Only rescheduling credit will be provided.

No-Shows Without Notice

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable, as the provider’s time has been specifically reserved for you.

Cancellations by ChiroDuo

If ChiroDuo needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues), you will be offered:

  • A new appointment at no additional cost

  • A full refund of your deposit, if preferred

Special Cases

If you’re dealing with a medical emergency or a force majeure situation, please contact our team. We will evaluate your case and offer a compassionate and appropriate solution.
