How can I book a home visit?
The fastest and most efficient way is through the calendar on our website. There you can see available times, describe your needs, and once the form is complete, our team will contact you to confirm all details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel without penalty. Cancellations with less notice will be charged a $50 fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, the full session cost will be charged. Example: If your appointment is at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, you must cancel by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday to avoid fees.
When is a travel fee applied?
Appointments within a 10-mile radius of our mobile clinic base in the Raleigh-Durham area usually incur no extra cost. If you are outside this range, a travel fee may apply. We recommend contacting us to check if this applies to your location.
