Appointment Booking

Our booking system allows you to choose a location, date, and time, but final confirmation will be made with assistance from our scheduling advisor.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Our advisor will contact you to assist with this process.
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel without notice or do not show up, the deposit will be non-refundable.

2. Acceptance of Terms
The use of any content, form, program, virtual service or material offered by ChiroDuo implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This acceptance has the same legal value as a written signature.
Nature of Service (Virtual Service)
“Adios al Dolor” is a virtual education and self-care program aimed at helping to alleviate:
- Low back pain
- Discomfort compatible with sciatic nerve irritation (sciatic nerve pain)
The program uses a non-pharmacological, non-surgical approach based on chiropractic care principles, including education, mobility, guided exercises, postural habits and self-care strategies.
The user acknowledges that:
- Medications and surgeries can alleviate symptoms in some cases, but they do not always correct the cause of the problem.
- This program does not promise cures, specific results, nor does it replace an in-person evaluation when needed.
This service is virtual and educational and does not constitute face-to-face clinical care.
4. Professional Outreach
The content of the program is developed and supervised by professionals licensed in Chiropractic (Doctor of Chiropractic - DC) in the United States.
Within the program:
- No medical diagnoses are made.
- No medications are prescribed.
- No imaging or laboratory studies are ordered.
- A doctor-patient relationship is not established.

5. Underage Use

By registering a minor, the parent/guardian declares that:

7. Important Warnings and Unsuitable Conditions
This program is NOT suitable for everyone.
You should seek immediate face-to-face care if you have warning signs, including, but not limited to:

- Marked weakness
- Loss of bladder or bowel control
- Numbness in genital or perineal area
- Pain after significant trauma
- Rapid worsening of symptoms
The program may not be suitable for people with:

- Severe osteoporosis
- High-risk pregnancy
- Diagnosed neurological conditions
- Severe herniated discs
ChiroDuo reserves the right to deny or suspend access if it deems the user is not suitable for a virtual service and may recommend in-person evaluation.
8. User Responsibility and Results
The user acknowledges that:
- Each body responds differently.
- Specific results are not guaranteed.
- Results depend on adherence, precondition, rest, daily activity and consistency.
The user is responsible for:
- Listen to your body.
- Stop any exercise if you have severe pain, dizziness, severe tingling or weakness.
- Consult face-to-face care when necessary.
9. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final.
- No refunds are given under any circumstances, including lack of use, results not obtained or change of opinion.
- Temporary technical interruptions do not generate a refund.
In subscription plans, cancellation and billing are governed by the conditions informed at the time of purchase and the payment platform used.
10. Intellectual Property
All program content is the exclusive intellectual property of ChiroDuo, PLLC.
It is strictly forbidden:
- Share access
- Copy, save or play back content
- Resell or redistribute the material
Misuse may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action.
