The good news is that there are simple exercises you can do at home to alleviate this discomfort. <strong>neck pain<\/strong>without medication and in a few minutes a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today we explain why this pain appears, how to prevent it and which stretches help you feel real relief at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why does my neck hurt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The neck (cervical spine) supports your head all day long. If you spend many hours hunched over, looking at your cell phone or with accumulated stress, your neck muscles tighten. Here are three safe and effective stretches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Lateral tilt of the neck<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sit up straight<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently tilt the head to one side (ear to shoulder).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold 15 seconds, switch sides<br>\u2705 Repeat 3 times<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Forward Neck Stretch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slowly lower the chin to the chest<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feel the muscles in the back of your neck stretch<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold for 20 seconds<br>\u2705 Repeat 2 times<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
