What if I need to cancel an appointment?
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Friday and you call on Thursday to cancel at 3:01 p.m., a cancellation fee will be applied to your account. In addition, if the appointment is cancelled within two hours of your appointment, the full cost of the visit will be applied to your account.
When does an additional travel fee apply?
This fee will be based on a 10-mile radius of the mobile clinic's departure address. Addresses within the Raleigh-Durham area generally have no additional fees. Contact us directly for more information.
